Strawberry Basil Toast with Ricotta, Lemon, and Honey

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Step 2

In a bowl, gently stir together the Ricotta, Honey, and Lemon Zest until combined.

Step 3

Slice baguette (1/2 inch slices) and place on a sheet pan. Place in pre-heated oven for 5 minutes or desired crispness.

Step 4

Remove from oven and spread baguette slices with ricotta mixture. Add the basil leaves and sliced strawberries. 

Step 5

To finish, generously drizzle Basil Infused Olive Oil and Strawberry Aged Dark Balsamic over each slice. 

Step 6

Plate and enjoy!
