Chili with Habanero Olive Oil and Dark Chocolate Balsamic

In a large stock pot, add diced onions and sauté in the Habanero Fused Olive Oil over medium heat until translucent.
Add the ground beef and cook until brown. Once the meat begins to brown, add the Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
Cook until the juices have almost evaporated. Add the chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper salt, tomato juice, tomatoes, and beans to the pot. Stir well to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Then, turn down the heat to medium-low, and simmer, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy with a spoon full of sour cream, shredded cheese, and avocado. Bon Appetit!
