In a small bowl, combine oil, balsamic, mustard, and maple pepper with a fork or whisk.
Place 2, 5oz. Salmon filets in Lekue Steam Case.
Pour contents of wet ingredients over the salmon filets and close the steam case.
Place steam case in the microwave, slightly off center. If you are using a 1200 watt microwave, turn down the power level to 70%.
Cook for 3 minutes or until desired tenderness.
Remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Enjoy!
