Our Vinaigrette Recipe Guide features 25 recipes handcrafted by all of us here at The Oil Tree! Whip up delicious salad dressings in minutes. Vinaigrette categories include energetic citrus, sweet and fruity, timeless classics, vinaigrettes with attitude, and savory herbs. All profits are donated to CHAMP Camp, a summer camp hosted at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center by the Department of Nutritional Sciences. CHAMP Camp teaches fifth through seventh grade children about food safety & the importance of regular physical activity, along with how to prepare healthy meals.
