Provencal soup

All the vegetables and scents of Provence: tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, carrots and onions with a pinch of thyme and rosemary to enhance the fusion of these flavors. Serve hot or cold, in any season, with a slice of bread and fresh cheese, crackers or vegetable crisps.
