Rosemary Fused Olive Oil
Wild Tunisian rosemary is pressed with ripe Chetoui olives to create this fused agrumato. Highly aromatic and flavorful, this oil is superb on salads, meats, and pasta. Prime braised chicken, pork, or beef with this oil for an herbaceous entree. Drizzle on roasted root veggies: potatoes, carrots, red onions, and turnips: for a hearty side.
