The main ingredients are Italian carnaroli rice, olives, capers, parsley, carrots, tomatoes and onions. This uniquely vacuum packed risotto rice provides for a convenient and fast way to prepare and serve a delicious rice dish. No preservatives are added. To prepare, melt butter in a pan, stir the entire package into the butter, add a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
