No bagel necessary. Made with Loveski, a “jew-ish” deli born out of Northern California by Christopher and Martina Kostow. The shallots and garlic are a nod to Martina’s Thai heritage, with the larger seeds providing a Californian approach.

Supreme Customer Service
Within hours of me placing an online order, The Oil Tree called to let me know they hadn’t applied a particular discount that I was owed, and would be refunding me the difference. They also called to verify if it was in-store pick-up or if I needed it shipped, and then shipped the product to me next day at no additional charge as they hadn’t enabled a shipping option on the online shop at the time of my purchase. None of these steps were necessary and I would have been happy to pay full price and pay shipping, but the accountability and speed-to-connect was so impressive to me. I would certainly purchase from The Oil Tree again based simply on their business principles. As a bonus, my husband loved the book when it came in :)

Unbelievably scrumptious! Totally elevates roasted veg making them a fav entree. Might be a touch pricey but totally worth it?
