Habanero Fused Olive Oil

Our small-batch Habanero fused olive oil is a sophisticated blend with bright notes of tropical fruit and citrus. A little goes a long way - finish ceviche, enrich deviled eggs, drizzle over salsa, or roast vegetables for a fiery, aromatic lift.

Crafted by marrying fresh green Frantoio olives with a generous share of FRESH ripe Habanero chilies. The two bright ingredients are simply crushed together and blended in the malaxer, fusing the habanero oil into the olive oil for a harmonious, lingering heat.
