Our Wine Forest Dried Chanterelles have a mild, earthy mushroom flavor with a hint of dried apricot, and will rehydrate with the intensity of flavor dried mushrooms provide plus a wonderful meaty texture that make them ideal for incorporation into vegan dishes, soups and stews.

Favorite infused oil.
My husband and I are rather new to the world of higher quality olive oil and were intrigued by all of the nuances and infused variations. We went with the garlic infused because….well, garlic! We have since bought it several times and use it for just about all of our cooking…it’s wonderfully flavored and smooth. Great for quinoa, sautéing veggies, salads paired with your choice of balsamic or any other culinary endeavor. Highly recommend.
