You will have a crisp bottom and top, with a deliciously moist and chewy middle. You can top yours with cheese or add olives & garlic infused olive oil to the mix if you like! Serve your focaccia as an antipasto, table bread, or sandwich bread! Wait, you may want your guests to leave at some point, so serving it to company may not be such a good idea! Only kidding! My husband and I are rather new to the world of higher quality olive oil and were intrigued by all of the nuances and infused variations. We went with the garlic infused because….well, garlic! We have since bought it several times and use it for just about all of our cooking…it’s wonderfully flavored and smooth. Great for quinoa, sautéing veggies, salads paired with your choice of balsamic or any other culinary endeavor. Highly recommend.
