Our Campanelle is made with 100% semolina and has a ruffled bell shape that was originally inspired by the lily flowers of Tuscany. Artisan Pasta, Made in America This pasta is kneaded in small batches using cold water and 100% semolina flour. The fragrant dough is then drawn through bronze-dies and slowly dried at low temperatures.
