*NEW* We've labored over the perfect formulation to recreate a classic Manhattan cocktail as a non-alcoholic elixir. Port wine (alcohol-removed), grapes, raisins and our No.1 Bitter Formula impart the flavors of sweet vermouth, and a bit of cherry gives a nod to its traditional garnish.
As it ages in bourbon barrels, it takes on notes of charred oak and vanilla, and the No.1 Bitter Formula (the base of our No.1 Old Fashioned) add complex bitterness to balance. Best paired with rye whiskey or bourbon.
Perfect for bourbon gifts for men and women.
Recipe
For a Manhattan, stir 1 Part Bittermilk Manhattan and 4 Parts Rye or Bourbon with lots of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve up. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
Works well with: Rye, Bourbon or Other Aged Spirits *Also great with soda water for mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks

Galega Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I recently got the Galega Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a bread dipping oil and liked the high smoke point for my cooking needs as well. It has a nice peppery finish and robust flavor that I really enjoy with sourdough bread.

Just the best!
I lucked up on this Garlic Black Pepper seasoning at a TJ Maxx and it has been the best money spent for seasoning in forever! It doesn’t take a lot to enhance burgers and steaks. Sometimes I use it in my fresh green beans. If you ever find it, don’t keep walking! Grab it!! Your tastebuds will thank you!
