Not your typical tonic, the No.5 cocktail mixer combines lime juice with cinchona bark, the source of quinine for tonic. We peel fresh grapefruits and char the skins to help bring out bitter yet refreshing notes. Just a bit of local Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt helps pull savory caramel notes and rounds out flavor.
Works well with any light spirit. Build over ice equal parts No.5 + vodka + soda water in a tall glass. Garnish with a lime wedge. Also perfect for margaritas, mocktails and other non alcoholic drinks.

Galega Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I recently got the Galega Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a bread dipping oil and liked the high smoke point for my cooking needs as well. It has a nice peppery finish and robust flavor that I really enjoy with sourdough bread.

Just the best!
I lucked up on this Garlic Black Pepper seasoning at a TJ Maxx and it has been the best money spent for seasoning in forever! It doesn’t take a lot to enhance burgers and steaks. Sometimes I use it in my fresh green beans. If you ever find it, don’t keep walking! Grab it!! Your tastebuds will thank you!
