In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water or chicken broth to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
Stir in the orzo pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil.
Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare Creamy Marinara
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the jar of Creamy Marinara Sauce.
Stir in Rosé Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic Maple Pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Step 4: Combine
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Cover and let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and the chicken is heated through.
Step 5: Serve
Plate the orzo pasta, and top it with the creamy marinara chicken.
Garnish with fresh herbs and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
