- 2 tbsp. fresh basil, finely chopped

- 2 tsp. fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. red onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
