- 1/2 cup Peach Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp. jalapeno, diced
- Cirtus Salt to taste
- Mixed Pepper, ground, to taste
