- 2 cups diced peaches
- 2 Tbsp Peach Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Honey Water
- 1 cup ice
- 2 cups soda water
In a blender, purée peaches, white balsamic, honey, and ice.
Divide between two glasses and top each glass off with 1 cup of Club Soda.
Add a few peach slices on top with a mint sprig for garnish.
