- 1/2 cup Eureka Lemon Fused Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Sicilian Lemon Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 inch slice of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- Pink Pepper, ground, to taste
- Lemon Sea Salt to taste
