Another tip for this delicious marinade is vegetables. Roast onions and bell peppers at 450°F for 15 to 20 minutes and serve over whipped garlic potatoes.
- 2 Strip Steaks (1” Thick)
- 5 Tbsp. Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Baklouti Green Chili Fused Olive Oil
- Season liberally with Athenian Herb Dryglaze
Marinate steaks in Neapolitan Herb for at least 30 minutes covered at room temperature.
Remove steaks from marinade, coat with Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil, and season with Athenian Herb Dryglaze.
Turn and grill another 3 to 5 minutes or until desired internal temperature is reached.
Let steaks rest for 5 minutes on a platter before serving.
