Goat Cheese Crostini

  • 8-10 baguette slices, ½ inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Medium Intensity Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup creamy goat cheese
  • ½ cup arugula or baby kale
  • 1 Tbsp Fig Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • sea salt to taste

Preheat broiler to high.
On a baking sheet, place baguette slices. Drizzle with the olive oil and toast under broiler until golden and crisp, about 2 minutes.
Add the goat cheese and arugula to each baguette crisp. Finish with a drizzle of Fig Balsamic and a pinch of sea salt.
