Whether it be a special occasion or once a week, treat yourself to this mouth watering cut of beef.
- 2 Filet Mignons
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Heartland Pepper and Garlic Seasoning
- ½ Cup Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 425°F.
For balsamic reduction:
In a small saucepan, bring Espresso Balsamic Vinegar to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until reduced by half.
Prime filets with Garlic Olive Oil and coat evenly with Heartland Pepper and Garlic Seasoning.
Pan sear filets until browned on one side, about 3 minutes.
Turn steak over and transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove filets from oven and transfer to platter. Let rest 5 minutes.
Drizzle reduction over filets and serve.
