This versatile recipe is wonderful with a wide range of flavored jams and preserves. A few of our other favorites include Blackberry, Cherry, and Fig.
- 1 Skirt Steak
- 5 Tbsp. Fig Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tsp. Q-Rub
- 4 Tbsp. Damson Plum Preserves
Season skirt steak with Q-Rub and marinate in Fig Balsamic at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Liberally coat steak with Damson Plum Preserves.
Place steak on cookie sheet. Broil on high for 10 minutes, turning steak halfway through cooking time.
Transfer steak to platter and let rest 5 minutes.
