Black Cherry Hot Fudge
Serve over ice cream, with warm brownies, or as a cake frosting.
- ¾ cup whipping cream
- ¼ cup Black Cherry Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- pinch of Lemon Zest Sea Salt
In a heavy saucepan, whisk together whipping cream, Black Cherry Balsamic, and sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, and be careful not to let the cream boil. Once the mixture begins releasing steam, remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes without stirring. Then, whisk until combined.
Transfer to glass container and let cool to room temperature. Mixture thickens once cool.
