Whole Steamed Chicken

Beer Can Chicken



1) Rinse the whole chicken with water, pat dry, and place into Lekue Deep Steam Case.

2) Pour the whole jar of Bruschetta Antipasto over chicken. Make sure to cover the chicken as much as possible. 

3) Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of the Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic Infused Olive Oil over chicken. 

4) Open the Maine Maple Pepper with Garlic and give it 3 to 4 shakes over the chicken. Open the bottle of sparkling red wine, pour some in a glass for yourself and add 2 tablespoons to chicken.

5) Close the Steam Case and place in the microwave (on the outer edge of microwave plate). Cook for 20 minutes and turn the chicken half way through cooking time.  

6) Be careful removing Steam Case from Microwave. Contents will be hot. Place chicken on plate and pour the juices from Steam Case over chicken. Serve and enjoy!
