Roasted Veggie Kabobs

INGREDIENTS


1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Thick Chop Zucchini...

2) Thick Chop Bell Peppers, Squash and Onions.

3) Prepare the skewers. If using wooden skewers - soak in water for 5 minutes. 

4) Skewer veggies and place on a baking sheet.

6) Add a Cherry Tomato on top (optional). Place skewers in 450 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
