1) After boiling potatoes for 45 minutes, smash in pot with skin on.
2) Add heavy cream and stir.
3) Add sour cream.
4) Add Butter Infused Olive Oil and stir.
5) Continue to smash until desired consistency is reached.
6) Add Maine Sea Salt and Maine Pepper to taste.
