1) Boil potatoes for 30 minutes or until soft.
2) In a mixing bowl, add 1 part sour cream, 1 part mayonnaise and
American Spoon Dried Chili Salsa to taste.
3) Add chopped potatoes and chopped onions to bowl.
4) Add chopped cilantro to bowl.
5) Add Maine Lemon Sea Salt to taste, mix and serve.
