Wild Raspberry Aged White Balsamic Vinegar

Juicy, tart raspberry and luscious Aged White Balsamic Vinegar are brought together in this bright, versatile Infused Balsamic.  White balsamic follows the traditional method of balsamic production with one exception: the grape must is not caramelized. The resulting product is light-bodied and tart with a finish of sweetness. This white balsamic is delicious on it own or  when paired with any citrus olive oil, over green salads, fresh fruit, and poultry.
