Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a plate or cutting board, coat the strip steaks with California Garlic Infused Olive Oil. Season liberally with Maine Sea Salt and Bold Steakhouse Seasoning.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat and coat with olive oil until the oil is shimmering

Place seasoned steaks in hot skillet and sear each side for 4 minutes or until crust has formed, then flip over and sear an additional 4 minutes.
**Caution: searing with high heat will create a smoky kitchen. Please ensure your vent is on high or cook in a skillet on a hot outdoor grill.

Transfer the steaks onto a sheet pan and into the 400 degree oven.
Cook to 130 degrees (approximately 8 minutes) for medium rare steaks or 135 degrees (approximately 10 minutes) for medium steaks.
Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before carving or serving.
