This fruit salad has always been a family favorite. The kids love sneaking bites of the peaches when we are getting the ingredients together. When peaches are not available, turning this salad into a meal is easy - just add chicken, fish, or steak!
Use a medium size bowl. Add mozzarella, cubed or torn, into bowl. Add avocado and cubed peaches. Add arugula to your liking on top. Drizzle the Green Chili Oil and Peach White Balsamic and finish with a couple turns of salt and pepper from grinder. Then toss gently.
Serve this salad alone or with chicken, fish, or beef. A fun spin on this salad is grilling the peaches! Very versatile, healthy, and easy.
