April showers bring May flowers and barbecue! Serve these wings on their or with Italian potato salad and roasted carrots. This Italian spin on chicken wings allows for some really fun accompaniments. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil
- Tuscan Sea Salt
- Ransom's Original BBQ Sauce
- Bone-in Chicken Wings
How it works...

Rinse the chicken wings with cold water. Pat dry with paper towels until the water is completely absorbed.
Place the wings in a large bowl and coat with Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil.
Season liberally with Tuscan Sea Salt.

Place the wings on a high heat grill. Prepare Ransom's BBQ Sauce in a basting bowl.
Grill the wings on all sides for a total of 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Baste all sides of wings throughout grilling process with Ransom's BBQ Sauce.

Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Wings have a tendency to be messy. Make sure to have lots of napkins on hand.
