New! St. Rey Zinfandel, Red, 750ml

A fantastically light Zinfandel. It’s their thing. Not as light as the Calaveras Zinfandel, but still light, structured, and acid driven. This blend of Zinfandel is comprised of grapes from the Stampede and Cherry house vineyard.  Farming Practices: Organic.  Food Pairings: Roast White Meats, Meaty Fish, Pizza Night, Red Sauce, Aperitif.  Defining Features: West Coast, Flexes w/ Food, juicy, Black or Blue Fruit, Chillable Red.  Varietal: Zinfandel
