From two high-elevation vineyards in El Dorado that over the last twenty years have seen the first plantings of genuine Gamay. Bright and peppery, with lightly carbonic aromas of vanilla, cream, strawberries, and raspberries leading on to firm tannins and a viscous palate. Wines like this make us hope that more California producers will work with Gamay. This winery has gained cult status for good reason, pop the cork and enjoy with any kind of fare!
