The A-Premium White Balsamic Vinegar, though brighter and less sweet than our Traditional Aged Dark Balsamic, is a customer favorite. White balsamic follows the traditional method of balsamic production with one exception: the grape must is not caramelized. The resulting product is light-bodied and tart with a finish of sweetness. This white balsamic shines when paired with any E.V.O.O. over green salads, deli sandwiches, and poultry. Adds a little zing when drizzled on fruit, roasted vegetables, or fresh pasta!
