Whether it be a special occasion or once a week, treat yourself to this mouth watering cut of beef.
- 2 Filet Mignons
- 2 Tbsp. Baklouti Green Chili Fused Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Steak Seasoning
- ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 425°F.
For balsamic reduction:
In a small saucepan, bring Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until reduced by half.
Prime filets with Green Chili Olive Oil and coat evenly with Steak Seasoning.
Pan sear filets until browned on one side, about 3 minutes.
Turn steak over and transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove filets from oven and transfer to platter. Let rest 5 minutes.
Drizzle reduction over filets and serve.
